User personas

A template for cataloging key user personas, capturing customer attributes, needs, and obstacles to inform product strategy and user journey design.

The user personas you define here will be used when defining your business capabilities & functions. Our initial list is essentially our catalogue of different users who will take a “journey” through the product. Each user will fulfill certain use cases, such as signing up for our service, buying a product, returning it. Other users will fulfill administrative functions, or interact between each other (such as how a subscriber role might receive an email).
